Mountain Moondance is a BRAND-NEW, well-maintained cabin tucked away in the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains. With (2) gas fireplaces, a community pond for fishing, a screened in porch overlooking the Chattahoochee National Forest, two living rooms & an outdoor fire pit, it's the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking, tubing, mountain biking, or exploring the charming town of Blue Ridge. 

 

The space

Located in a small mountain community on a secluded private road, Mountain Moondance gives you the ability to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, while still providing easy access to the best shopping and dining spots in historic downtown Blue Ridge. Spend your days apple picking at Mercier Orchards, fishing on the Toccoa River, enjoying tastings at the local breweries & vineyards, kayaking through Lake Blue Ridge, or taking a train ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. 

 

We know how important the ability to work from home is in today’s day and age. Mountain Moondance is equipped with the strongest WiFi offered in the area as well as a personal workstation for those who need a quiet area to knock out some work. 

 

If you’re traveling with little ones, the cabin includes a Cosco highchair and a Graco Pack n Play for your convenience.

Main Level

The main level boasts (2) spacious living areas stocked with games and books, one with a cathedral ceiling and tons of natural mountain light, (2)gas fireplaces, (3) smart TVs, king master suite with newly renovated bathroom & 2 Twin Beds in Master Suite , 2 queen bedrooms, queen sofa bed, and a beautiful open-concept kitchen and dining room for family meals!

Our kitchen is well equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances (gas cooktop + oven, Samsung refrigerator + freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Keurig single cup coffee maker, 12 cup coffee maker, electric hand mixer, and crock pot) and all the tools to pull off those family favorite meals. Kitchenware includes silverware, plates, glassware and wine glasses for (8), measuring cups and spoons, Calphalon pots and pans, cooking utensils, potato peeler, pizza cutter, knife set, cutting boards, colander, mixing bowls, wine key with bottle opener, various baking sheets, can opener, BBQ tools, and cleaning supplies.

Just off the living area is the screened in porch and outdoor living space with a wooded view, comfortable outdoor furniture, string lights, 24” Smart TV to cheer on your favorite team with a view, and a cozy fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows with (8) Adirondack chairs. Sip your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening as you unwind from an adventure-filled day.

Just outside the kitchen there is a Weber Gas Grill to grill up all the burgers and hot dogs your group can eat!

 

Guest access

The main road leading up to our street is fully paved. Our street is gravel with minimal elevation change and can be accessed easily with almost any vehicle. We use a keyless entry system, and a code will be provided upon check-in. The cabin is located on a Private Road and Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the (1) locked owner's closet. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of (3) vehicles.



Mountain Moondance is just a few homes away from our other cabins Good Vibes & Culper Ring, so you can bring the whole family to enjoy the beauty of the the North GA Mountains!!!
