Sunsets like you would not believe, until you see them! Mount Watson Lodge is soaring above the Copperhill Valley almost at the summit of Mount Watson in Mineral Bluff, GA. This stunning mountain lodge has jaw-dropping year round, panoramic, blue mountain views overlooking North Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia!
Located in a private, paved, gated community that is conveniently in the center of all the adventure; 20 minute drive to Blue Ridge, GA, McCaysville, GA , Copperhill, TN or Murphy, NC. The lodge is an easy drive to horse back trail riding, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, gem mining, rock climbing, local wineries and breweries.
The main level offers a wraparound deck with a screened area off the living space. Open the french doors when the weather is nice and enjoy true indoor/outdoor southern living with layered views and fresh mountain air. Soaring ceilings unite the open living room, kitchen and dining area allowing views from all rooms and warmth from the seasonal gas log fireplace. Off the dining area there is access to an open deck with a gas grill and high top bar, perfect for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine.
Mount Watson Lodge offers 3 levels of family living, each level with their own bedroom and full bathroom; plus a half bath with a laundry room on the Main Level. The Upper Level offers a King Suite, unobstructed mountain views, double sided seasonal gas log fireplace and a private balcony. The Main Level offers a King Suite, mountain views and private access to the main level balcony. The Terrace Level offers a private Queen bedroom with mountain views and a separate bunk area with two sets of triple bunk beds and two twin roll away beds. Also on this level is a wet bar and gaming den complete with a Ms. Pac Man arcade, Shuffleboard table, gas log fireplace and an 87 inch TV! Guests will be able to soak in the brand new hot tub while enjoying the view on the Terrace Level deck!
Mount Watson Lodge has been designed with community in mind. If you need to stay plugged in, there are plenty of spaces to set up shop and provided Wi-Fi will keep you connected. The cabin also provides access to popular streaming services so you never have to miss the big game or the latest new releases! You will have everything that you need to enjoy time together with family and friends!
